A welcoming, open room perfect for seated dinners up to 90 guests and cocktail receptions of 130 guests describes the Jefferson Hall. The large windows provide a picturesque view of our lake and golf courses.
For larger events, the Virginia Ballroom accommodates 215 guests seated with the dance floor, 260 guests seated without the dance floor and 300 guests for a Cocktail Reception. Guests can dance the night away on the 30x24 hardwood dance floor.
Equipped with a beautiful bar, the Williamsburg Terrace is a perfect room for your next cocktail or dinner party. This L-shaped room is lined with windows overlooking the lake and golf course. The terrace, which wraps around the back of the room, offers a pleasant escape to the beautiful landscape that encompasses the Club.
The Founders Room is just right for a small, intimate gathering of 20 people. Guests can enjoy the warm cozy atmosphere with our fireplace and lounge furniture. For larger groups, the Williamsburg Terrace and Founders room may be combined to utilize the entire space.
All rooms are equipped with wireless internet, ideal for business meetings. LCD projector, projection screen, wireless microphone, easels and flipcharts are available upon request. Charges may apply.
