Waitlist Process

When Hermitage club membership is at the maximum amount as determined by the board, a waitlist for future membership will be maintained.

Upon submission of a membership application, a prospective member can secure a spot on the waitlist with a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 for Golf and $1,125 for Social/Athletic.

A prospective member agrees to pay the initiation fee in effect at the time of their acceptance into membership off of the waitlist. Any age-related initiation fee discounts will be based on the age of the primary member when the waitlist deposit was received.

The waitlist deposit will be applied to the initiation fee and may only be refunded by the approval of the board.
- Those on the waitlist prior to April 1, 2025 would be grandfathered at the rate in place when they submitted their application. Should they defer to the bottom of the waitlist when their spot becomes available, their rate would no longer remain locked.
